our range
The design studio of pierre grise ® a wide spectrum in the field of concrete processing and production. The manufacturer creates tailor-made matrices according to individual specifications that are suitable for creative designs and special construction projects. In addition, high-quality prefabricated concrete elements are manufactured that enable efficient construction processes and can be used in a variety of ways, for example for facades or load-bearing structures.
In the construction of molds and formwork, pierre grise uses the latest CNC technology to create precise and complex formwork. In addition, the company produces a wide range of concrete products such as garden slabs, tiles and other custom-made products that impress with their quality and durability. This means customers receive tailor-made solutions for their construction and design projects.

modern technology and
MOLD MAKING
pierre griese ® produces molds for all formwork and uses the most advanced CNC technology. This precise technology allows the precise production of complex shapes and individual formwork that meet the highest quality requirements. This enables customized solutions for various construction projects to be implemented efficiently.
matrices & prefabricated elements
At the customer's request, we manufacture individual matrices and high-quality precast concrete elements in our factory. Tailor-made matrices are developed using the latest technology and craftsmanship precision and enable creative designs, textures and shapes for construction and industrial projects. Precast concrete elements are precisely prefabricated and impress with their high quality, durability and versatile application possibilities, from facade parts to load-bearing structures. Careful processing and on-time delivery ensure the success of your projects.

the properties
exposed concrete
Exposed concrete refers to concrete surfaces that are deliberately used as a design element in architecture and interior design. These are surfaces that were in direct contact with the formwork during construction.
The guideline defines four different classes for exposed concrete:
SB1 corresponds to exposed concrete with low requirements, as found in basement walls or areas with predominantly commercial use.
SB2 corresponds to exposed concrete with normal requirements, for example in staircases or retaining walls.
SB3 corresponds to exposed concrete with special requirements, found for example on facades in building construction.
SB4 corresponds to exposed concrete with particularly high requirements, as it is used in representative components in building construction.
Advantages
Concrete is an essential building material that enables strong foundations and robust walls, as well as modern interior and exterior designs. The Romans used concrete, mixed with lime, sand, water and volcanic ash, to build their impressive aqueducts and the Pantheon, which still stands today.
Over the centuries, concrete has evolved continuously and is now a standard material in the construction industry. It offers benefits such as heat retention for a comfortable indoor climate, excellent sound insulation and high durability with minimal maintenance. In addition, concrete is non-flammable and is classified as building material class A1*, which makes it a safe choice in construction, especially compared to wood, which has a higher fire load.
*A1 – non-flammable and without flammable components, proof is not required if specified in DIN 4102-4 (e.g. sand, gravel, natural pumice, cement, lime, foam glass, mortar, (reinforced) concrete, stones, building boards made of mineral components, pure mineral fibers, bricks, glass, iron and steel, but no metal dust)
formwork
Formwork has a significant influence on the appearance and quality of exposed concrete surfaces by keeping the liquid concrete in shape during pouring. After it has hardened, it is removed. The choice of formwork system depends on the function and type of structure and can have a decisive influence on the appearance of the concrete surface.
Formwork must be precise, tight, clean and stable to withstand the pressure of the concrete and ensure a flawless finish. The common formwork systems are beam formwork, which allows flexible sizes and arrangements, and panel formwork, which leaves visible joints, which are often undesirable in exposed concrete projects.
The following materials can be used for the formwork:
wood, including wood-based panels
plastic
Steel
